In 2017 or 2018, Jim Wilson and Marie Iatsenta visited our office with a proposal for Rental Rewards, actually doing the groundwork to convert our tenants to the direct debit system. Jim and his team worked tirelessly to convert the majority of our tenants. We now have the majority of our tenants on Rental Rewards, and most of them using the tenant pay system.
