Qantas Points Offer – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
This offer is available to real estate agents, property managers, or rental agencies registered with an active PayTo payments setup through Rental Rewards.
Points Earned:
Agents will earn 1 Qantas Point for each PayTo transaction successfully processed through the Rental Rewards platform.
Definition of Transaction:
A “transaction” refers to a valid rental payment made by a tenant using the PayTo system. Failed or reversed transactions are not eligible for Qantas Points.
Monthly and Annual Totals:
Points calculations shown in the calculator are indicative only and based on the frequency selected. Actual points awarded may vary based on the number of transactions successfully processed.
Qantas Business Rewards Membership:
To earn Qantas Points, agents must be a Qantas Business Rewards member. Membership and points earning are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions, available at qantasbusinessrewards.com/terms.
Points Allocation:
Points will be credited to the member’s Qantas Business Rewards account monthly, based on the volume of qualifying transactions processed in the previous month.
Exclusions:
Transactions processed outside of the PayTo method (e.g. BPAY, card, or direct debit) are not eligible for this offer. Rental Rewards reserves the right to withhold or reverse Qantas Points in cases of misuse or fraud.
Disputes:
Any disputes or discrepancies in Qantas Points allocation must be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant transaction.
